We looked at Truth About Quickness 2.0 for a couple of weeks and saw some pretty convincing results out of it.  We must warn you though; we followed the program religiously and properly.  We can’t guarantee that you will get the same results if you slack off or deviate from the instructions found in the program.  As long as you do what you have to do, you will see improvements in your speed and quickness.  The creators of this product know their stuff, so you should take advantage of the fact that they are sharing their knowledge.
